村上 清｜代表取締役
岩手県陸前高田市出身。
Citibank、J.P. Morgan、Goldman Sachs、BNY Mellonなど、グローバル金融機関で人事・組織領域の要職を歴任。
2000～2005年にはジュネーブの国連難民高等弁務官事務所（UNHCR）本部で、Director級の人事・人材育成部門責任者を務めた。
東日本大震災後は故郷・陸前高田の復興と国際連携に携わり、2016～2021年には陸前高田市参与として、地域の復興、産業振興、交流人口拡大、海外機関等との調整に従事。
グローバル企業・国際機関・自治体の双方を理解する経験を、RTBの旅行・研修・視察プログラムの設計と国際的な調整に活かしている。
